Care provider employers are facing unprecedented difficulties and challenging times with record staff vacancy levels being experienced across the sector. In response to these, many employers are now considering the option of recruiting overseas care workers.
Access Skills is a Skills for Care Centre of Excellence and we are seeking to support care providers by developing new partnerships to assist in the effective recruitment of overseas care workers.
Support with obtaining your Tier 2 Sponsorship and employing dedicated care workers to work with you in the UK for up to 5 years, is available.
We are able to find for you candidates that you are able to review/interview remotely who will then travel to the UK to join your care team.
As part of this new package of support available, Access Skills will commence induction training and delivery of the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care with overseas recruits prior to arrival in the UK.
Access Skills will continue to support the worker once they have arrived in the UK to complete Induction Training and to complete the Level 3 Diploma Qualification. We are also able to support employers with additional funded options to offer progression for candidates throughout their time employed with them.
