All course activity and documentation relating to your course is managed and stored on the Learner Portal. The key information box including the Learner Portal Link, Username and Password assigned to you will be included in your enrolment email. If you have any issues in finding this email, please contact a member of our team and we will be happy to reissue your username and password.
All important documents relating to your programme can be accessed at any time on the Learner Portal. These documents include the course standards issued by the Awarding Body, Student Handbooks as well as all resources and materials. Signed copies of the enrolment documentation are also retained on the Student Portal, including the Learner Agreement.

Your Username and Password for your Learner Portal will also work for your Student access to the QCS Portal. QCS allows you to read and understand changes to legislation and practice that need to be communicated so the learner can remain current with the policies and procedures of their care service. The Management Toolkits have provided further support for planning and integration of required changes and improved compliance.
Top tip: if you click on the QCS logo on the student portal, it takes you straight through to the QCS system!
