Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

To make a valid referral, you must complete the webform at https://www.accessskills.co.uk/employers/referrals/

Please note that only referrals submitted through https://www.accessskills.co.uk/employers/referrals/ will qualify.

To qualify, the Referred company must place an order within 6 weeks of referral and be based in England, UK..

Referrals will only be eligible if the Referred company is not already a client or in conversation with Access Skills via any other channel. They must be a new client to Access Skills. 

Rewards are only earned within the first 3 months of the first order received.

If multiple Referrers complete referral forms for a single employer, whichever Referral was submitted first will be deemed as the Referrer.

Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own business under the referral scheme

There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer in our “Refer and Earn” scheme.

The Referrer may be named in communication between Access Skills and the Referred company.

Referral fees will only be issued for valid referrals once the Referred company has signed a contract for qualifications or training agreeing to meet the full cost of any courses (less Referral Discount) and paid their first payment.

All payments are discretionary. Access Skills reserves the right to amend the promotion and or review and revise these terms at any time in the future. Offer not available in conjunction with other offers, including other incentives and promotions.

In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to referrals@accessskills.co.uk within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a referral fee.
