As a Skills for Care Centre of Excellence, Access Skills offers a comprehensive range of adult social care qualifications and training courses designed for employers and professionals in the sector. Our programmes range from short one-hour sessions to extensive qualifications lasting up to two years, with many eligible for government funding.

We provide flexible funding options to make training accessible for both individuals and employers. Affordable instalment plans are also available to help spread the cost when paying in full.
Advanced Learner Loan: Available to individuals aged 19 and over, this loan helps cover course fees for approved qualifications, including our Level 5 Diplomas. The loan is not income-dependent, does not require credit checks, and repayments only start once your income exceeds £27,295 per year.
Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS): Designed for employers in adult social care, this scheme supports the training of non-regulated care staff, including deputy and CQC-registered managers. Eligible employers in England can claim reimbursement for training costs incurred between 1 April 2024 and 21 March 2025, making it easier to invest in staff development.
