The Understanding Self-Management Skills programme is a practical Continuing Professional Development (CPD) aimed at Registered Managers and other managerial roles in adult social care services. Throughout the programme, managers will learn how to tackle isolation, manage their time effectively, build resilience, and promote overall wellbeing. The programme will explore various techniques and tools that can help managers develop self-management skills and understand how their behaviours can influence and impact those around them.
