What’s it like to work for Access Skills?

I have enjoyed my role immensely; the team are amazing and it’s nice to know we are raising standards and supporting the care industry. We are like family here, all working together and helping each other.

How do you live the Access Skills values?

I like to think that you need a certain empathy with this role. People really do struggle, especially those in full time working positions. Being able to support and guide them is a very rewarding thing, especially if they are under a lot of stress. Doing the right thing and saying what I will do certainly falls under this and seeing someone’s stress levels recede after a supportive phone call is just one of the things that makes this job really worth it.
